The President does not serve at the pleasure of a faction in the House. They can not be elevated so high. They are a mere faction whereas the President is the sole national office. If that faction desires to impeach the President the whole House must vote – ALL the Representatives, the Representatives of every district in the nation, must vote to conduct an investigation and if necessary bring charges.

“A Constitutional Republic No More
It is becoming apparent that for many inside Washington, D.C., elections and the peaceful transfer of power are quaint notions of yesterday’s republic. Presidents, administrations, and their political appointees come and go but the permanent governing class remains. It’s not really that much of a surprise that they think they’re in charge, as for generations the administrative state has expanded and more and more power as been ceded to it and to them.”
I totally agree that we need to break the Administrative State’s power base and it is happening. Ukraine is a perfect example. Diplomats cutting deals with war merchants and oligarchs all with US taxpayer money. It is all coming out, the Administrative State has already lost.
They cannot put the genie back in the bottle. They can’t win the coming election, so the Administrative State is forced to resort to a closed door Kafka-like star chamber proceeding in a desperate attempt to drive down the President’s poll numbers. Won’t work. The people smell the Swamp, but the Swamp doesn’t smell itself. The problem is not President Trump, but DC. DC is the Swamp and the Swamp is DC.
The problem for Team Trump is the venue. The President, like the Washington Nationals, can’t win in DC. The administrative state cannot be fixed, it must be dismantled. In the interim, we need to move the locus of power outside of DC. It is happening, but we will not win in DC. No chance.

“A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murderer is less to fear.” – Marcus Tullius Cicero

My thoughts too. This is so telling that the opposition has investigated PT inside out and six ways to Sunday and come up empty. They have attacked him unmercifully since he came down the escalator to declare his candidacy and yet they cannot find anything to hang their ‘gotcha’ hats on.
How amazing indeed and it shows how he has conducted his life. To be born and raised in the NYC business scene, sidestep land mines in conducting his business dealings and come out clean after all these years is a huge testament to the whole Trump family. He truly is one of the best and strongest Presidents ever in our history. He fights for us and won’t back down.
The left, globalists, media, Dems etc. just must be tying themselves in knots over their inability to put a stop to PT and his supporters and what they stand for. Good. I hope they choke on their obsessive actions against our Pres. and our republic. Fire them all next year.

Prosecutor Mueller eventually conceded that Trump didn’t steal the horse; however, by then the focus was on Trump’s efforts to avoid the hanging. Eventually Mueller testified; it surfaced there was never a horse to begin with… Impeachment was stalled. Prosecutor Jerry Nadler is attempting to resurrect a legal theory that President Trump can still be hung for attempting to avoid the hanging, even if there was no horse theft. Yup, that’s were we’re at.

The democrats – without evidence – ascribed the nefarious motive of “personal gain” to President Trump’s efforts to uncover the abject corruption of the 0bama/Biden administration in an attempt to prevent him from looking into it further.
But…if they do impeach, they will invite that very investigation to happen in full public view
The very day President Trump learned of their script for this latest coup attempt, he warned the democrats not to go down that road, but they wouldn’t listen now, would they?
Now it’s (almost) too late.

December 22, 2019 at 10:38 am I’ll acknowledge that I’m a slow learner, but has it occurred to anyone else that there has been another gravely important unconstitutional thing going on the House over the last months?
I may be way off base here, but haven’t I been watching duly (if regrettably) elected House Democrats hiring and paying lawyers—who have not been elected—to do their jobs for them? Outsourcing? Unelected lawyers do the dirty work, and the politicians’ hands appear clean (immune from political fallout).
Doesn’t this sort of outsourcing, taking place in the halls of Congress, constitute something we citizens might reasonably and concretely classify as fraudulent representation (or, put another way, “taxation without representation”)? If if so, allowed to stand unchallenged, won’t this sort of “let the lawyers do our jobs for us” outsourcing become precedent, routine, never to end? I see another long-term danger here (regardless of which political party might be the majority at any point). And I don’t see that simply re-taking the House in 2020 offers any viable ong-term solution. Is there no legal means by which we citizens can challenge this particular threat through the courts?

1. He did not have to do this. He is doing it to save America. And the American people see this. He is up against the entrenched corruption of DC to place the power back to the people. Like Joe Dan Gorman’s “Here Comes the Boom” from Intellectual Froglegs points out:
CONGRESS IS BEING PAID EVERYTHING TO DO NOTHING. TRUMP IS BEING PAID NOTHING TO DO EVERYTHING.
2. PDJT is bringing people TOGETHER instead of dividing people by income, sex, race, and religion. We all are Americans and we are sick of the attempts to incite fear, violence and hatred amongst the people by Democrats.

Don’t know what the future will bring, my crystal ball is broken, but I do know that there is a rather amazing factoid that is not getting much mention in all the “WWIII” and “dangerous escalation” MSM blather.
So let’s jump on the drone rocket and zoom up to the 20,000 foot level and ponder an interesting fact that shows the effect of President Trump’s America 1st policies and actions that have been taking hold. Since the schnit hit the fan in the Middle East when the rockets red glare landed on December 27th and all the ensuing actions of attacking the US Baghdad Embassy, then PT’s strategic strikes to counter…there’s an unheard of stability in the financial markets and price of oil.
At any previous serious “middle east, oil rich” upheaval the markets would have tanked and the price of oil would sky rocket. But, that has not happened in this case. The price of oil is only up 2% since the 27th and the DJIA has dropped a whopping 11 points from 28,645 to 28,634. And that’s it! How can that be?
Very simple–President Trump’s policies and actions have made the US economy so strong and self reliant, that we have stabilized the impact of such upheavals–world wide. Worst case scenario- If the market nose dived 9,000 points(Whew!) and oil sky rocketed up 40%, we would still be above the point we were when he was elected! But we see no evidence of that worst case scenario, do we? And if we do experience that? We are still in great shape!
Because of the strength of of his policies and where he is leading us, the US and the world is far more prepared and able to take on the ups and downs of national and international upheavals than ever before. That, my friends, speaks loud and clear to PT’s abilities and fortitude to right the wrongs of previous political shenanigans and Make America Great Again(along with the rest of the world stage)!
The more one thinks about it and ponders the difference of past actions and reactions to what he has done, the more impressed one becomes. He’s got this! Stand tall and stay firm with him and we will all be strong and benefit–for our own families, communities, and countries around the world.
President Trump does not have a magic wand, he has good old American ingenuity, ability, and fortitude to get the damn job done in the best way for all concerned. Let us all reawaken that same proud and forthright fire in our belly that he does and rise to the challenge of ensuring our unique Republic of, by, and for the people not only survives, but strengthens so it can not be broken!
We can do this!

Monday night on the radio, LevinTV host Mark Levin discussed the ongoing debate over the U.S. airstrike that killed Iranian general and terrorist mastermind Qassem Soleimani and how it fits into President Donald Trump’s foreign policy doctrine.
The Trump Doctrine, Levin explained, rejects the foreign policy tenets of both the Obama and Bush administrations, which, he said, were guided largely by overarching principles of appeasement and interventionism, respectively.
“So what’s the Trump Doctrine? I say it’s much like the Reagan Doctrine, but it has its own features to it,” Levin explained. “He believes in having the number-one military on the face of the earth, so he’s had to rebuild the military that, under the Obama Doctrine, they degraded. But he doesn’t believe in these interventions; he doesn’t believe in state-building. So he rejects the Obama Doctrine when it comes to the United States military and weakening it. He rejects the Bush Doctrine when it comes to interventionism and state-building; he saw what happened in Iraq. But he believes in American national security.”
Leven later added that Trump “exercises prudence” on questions of foreign policy: “He doesn’t say, ‘Look, in every case, I’m sending in the United States military,’ and he doesn’t say, ‘In every case, I’m going to appease through diplomacy.'”

Slaps the environmental people , plant more trees. A speech full of hope and optimism of the human spirit both past and future. I’m proud he’s my president and that I’m living through this era with a man like this who is in charge of our country. A true leader who accomplished so much despite the resistance of the uni-party. A man whose vision is not only for our nation it is for the world. He inspires the world to be better, at peace and have freedom for the people. He makes what is happening in Washington today look petty and small. What would our economy, health care, and government look like if, our other “so called “ leaders would work together for the betterment of their people.

Carlos Osweda @cosweda Jan. 25, 2020 5 min read
Thread
I've been thinking about the method behind the Democrats' madness. It's pretty amazing.
And it's FAR bigger than a coup against the president.
The Democrats and the press--sorry for the repetition--are telling us that presidents must not exercise powers that all presidents have exercised in all of American history.
For example, executive privilege.
The House impeached @realdonaldtrump for exercising executive privilege.
Instead of taking the president to court--which is what the House is supposed to do--they impeached him.
The House is also saying that the president is not allowed to set American foreign policy.
That job belongs to career government bureaucrats who were not elected by the voters.
Finally, the president is not allowed to fire ambassadors.
The House says that ambassadors are allowed to create their own foreign policy, and the president must not meddle.
But now let's look at Obama.
Obama completely ignored Congress, breaking every law in the book.
And yet nothing was done.
The Obama Justice Department filed baseless lawsuits against banks, allowing them to settle if they donated to leftist activist groups such as La Raza.
The Obama EPA imposed cap-and-trade after Congress defeated the legislation.
The Obama National Transportation and Safety Board used falsified data to shut down curbside bus lines—carriers that don’t use traditional bus stations.
The Obama Department of Justice secretly obtained months of telephone records of AP reporters and editors.
The Obama IRS illegally seized 60 million medical records from 10 million private citizens; no search warrant was issued, no subpoena authorized the seizure, none of the citizens were under any kind of criminal or civil investigation, and the IRS gave no explanation.
Agencies in the Obama Administration created secret email addresses to conduct government business, concealing the e-mails by turning down Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests or demanding up to $1 million for access.
And on and on and on and on.
Here's the Democratic plan:
Democratic presidents will be dictators, and Congress will prevent action from being taken to stop the dictator.
ALL current Democratic presidential nominees are promising to be dictators.
…
And Biden is considered a moderate.
The Democratic plan is to put in a dictator and keep that person in power long enough to do damage from which we can't recover.
It worked in Turkey.
Erdogan replaced ALL military leaders with Islamists.
Obama's Secretaries of Defense demolished our armed forces and promoted radical leftists.
Hillary's "guaranteed" election would have sealed our fate.
Cash bail is being abolished all across the country.
Homelessness is being promoted.
More and more law-enforcement agencies are announcing that they will no longer deal with crimes that "don't matter."
The press is bought and paid for by the Democrats.
Those who oppose the Democrats think that their guns will save them.
Guess how the Democrats are dealing with THAT?
"Island hopping."
It began as a tactic in World War I and became a strategy in World War II.
The Germans realized that BYPASSING fortified strong points allowed them to get all the way to the enemy's rear.
That CUT OFF the strong points.
AND.
All the guns in the strong points were FACING IN THE WRONG DIRECTION.
The first strategic use of this tactic was the Battle of France.
Remember the Maginot Line?
The Germans simply flew over it.
In the Pacific, we bypassed massively fortified Japanese islands.
Every time we invaded and fought, we suffered massive casualties.
Guadalcanal, Iwo Jima, and Okinawa were bloodbaths.
The Democrats have no intention of taking your guns.
Their plan is to BYPASS YOU.
A Democratic dictator will ban the Electoral College by fiat, and THESE PEOPLE will elect the dictators from then on.
Don't look to the police and military to save you.
They'll either stand down or make rousing speeches about the Second Amendment.
Guess what?
THERE'S NO WAY TO STOP THIS PLAN.
Except for voting.
We voted in Donald Trump.
HE CAN STOP THE DEMOCRATS.
After Trump, there will be HUNDREDS of Trumpian figures for whom we can vote.
In his second term, Trump will be unleashed. He'll put things in place that can't be overturned.
Do you know why @senatemajldr has turned the Senate into an assembly line for judges?
It's because the Democrats have blocked almost every single Trump nominee for EVERYTHING.
That's why so many positions are filled with "acting" this and "acting" that.
Trump has accomplished everything he has while being obstructed by a lawless Congress and a press that sold its withered soul to totalitarians.
Obama was the Beta Test for American dictator.
The test showed that a president CAN be a dictator.
This is why the Democrats are calling TRUMP a dictator.
Projection and deflection.
Oh, I forgot the polling firms.
Bought and paid for. By authoritarians.
I didn't watch Greta address the UN.
When I finally saw a clip, I was struck by her raw hatred.
A snarling dictator-in-waiting.
Don't forget that leftists traditionally MURDER everyone who disagrees.
Now, I'm not actually worried. Trump knows what he's doing.
But I want you to have no illusions. This is a fight for our existence.
I watched Alan Dershowitz being interviewed, and the interviewer kept saying, "How could all the intelligent, good, loving, wonderful people we know hate Trump so much?"
The answer is simple:
THEY AREN'T GOOD PEOPLE.
Identity politics is evil.
Trump-hate is proof of personal defects.
In eight years, I never raved incontinently about Obama like this.
That guy needs to be hospitalized.
What I accepted is that there IS a bipartisan ruling class. A uniparty.
We were headed for hell on earth.
Trump saved us.
ALL WILL BE WELL.
But you need to understand the stakes.
Vote, and we win.
END

The other day BOGEYFREE posted the following message…it is so good that I want to circulate it as much as possible in the hopes that someone in the administration will pick up on it.
Here is what BOGEYFREE came up with:
Dear President Trump,
It is time!
You, your family and the country have suffered far too long from the the left’s fraudulent attempt at multiple coups to take down your Presidency.
We ask that, the second you are acquitted next week, you come out with guns blazing so to speak.
And let’s be honest, those who have been put in charge over the past 4 years to bring transparency, truth and justice for all are not cutting it. In fact many believe they may be actually hindering you from draining of the swamp.
We realize your challenges.
1. Senator McConnell’s refusal to recess the Senate in almost 4 years. Did you know that out of the past 5 President or past 33 years you are the only President with ZERO recess appointments? The others ranged from 32 – 179 recess appointments each. So here is road block #1.
2. We all know that the Senate must approve your nominations at the secretary level and the Senate has used that authority against you. Case in point your desire to have Ratcliffe was refused by the Senate. My guess is you’d like to also replace Wray but the Senate would most likely control who you might want to put in his place. So here is road block #2
3. After almost a year you like the vast majority of Americans are wondering why there has been zero indictments considering all the evidence uncovered plus with AG Barr having full declassification authority? So is this possibly road block #3?
4. Finally with all the evidence of FBI misconduct, including those texts, emails, leaks and allegations of document modification, Director Wray can only suggest the problem as needing training enhancements? Could this be possibly your road block #4?
If any of these are ringing true to you then I have a suggestion of a nice work around for you to consider.
First, make Sidney Powell a WH Presidential Appointment whereby no Senate confirmation is required. In her role as special liaison between the WH and DOJ, she sits in on all meetings AG Barr holds with Durham and his DA’s.
Also, provide her with full declassification authority with zero redactions so she can read and review all documents related to Russia Collusion, the Dossier, FISA Abuse, FBI Contractor Abuse, Uranium One, the Hammer Program, HRC unsecured server, the DNC hack, Seth Rich murder, impeachment fraud and Ukraine corruption and alleged money laundering of US taxpayer monies.
Her authority is to read, review and brief you directly. (Because this is a huge job you may want to expand the team to include Joe Digenova and Victoria Toesing to help read and review these documents)
Sidney reports back on what she sees as the progress and where the lack of progress is occurring.
For example: 1. Has your DOJ deposed the two U1 WB yet? 2. Has your DOJ deposed Assange yet? 3. What happened to the Wiener Laptop and the evidence on it? 4. What happened to all 33k HRC emails that the NSA has? 5. What happened to Mifsud’s phone and the information on it? 6. What happened to the 47 Hammer Hard Drives that Montgomery turned into the FBI in 2015? 7. Was all the evidence gathered by the FBI on the Seth Rich murder turned over to Judicial Watch and Ty Clevenger’s FOIA request? 8. What happened to the Rudy’s Ukraine evidence he turned over to Pompeo? 9. What happened to the Lindsey request to Pompeo on turning over all Biden communications with Ukraine back in 2016? 10. Did they ever trace the serial numbers on the PapaD money he was given? 11. Why hasn’t a joint investigation between the DOJ and Ukrainian Government not begun considering we have a treaty with them to jointly investigate corruption?
As you can see Mr. President, there are many things that could use an extra set of eyes on to ensure you are getting the full and complete story.
Think of this as America’s MAGA insurance policy.
Because there is a mountain of material to review you could consider making Rudy a PA and special Liaison between the WH and FBI where he sits closely with Wray and his subordinates at all meetings.
Yes, in the end AG Barr and Wray may chose to quit and if they do so be it. You follow the agency hierarchy policy of next person up so there is no issue with Senate confirmation or crying from the left, as you are by the book!
But Sidney and Rudy stay in place.
The benefits are: 1. You get a second set of eyes and opinion on things. 2. You and the American people get peace of mind as they TRUST Sidney and Rudy and with them on the job truth and justice can’t be far behind. 3. The investigations continue and the odds of evidence getting lost, misplaced or overlooked is reduced greatly IMO. 4. It gives Sidney and Rudy a running start into 2021 and your second term. 5. It gets the Ukraine investigation moving sooner than later.
Now the last part of the plan is use your rallies as a huge sounding board asking the American people to not only give you back the House but you need 8 new Republican Senatorial wins in Nov.
Because if the American people can give you that you can ensure them that come Nov, Sidney Powell will be their new AG, Rudy could be their new FBI Director and Gen. Flynn could be their new NSC or CIA Director.
Your supporters will go crazy if they can get you, Sidney, Rudy and Flynn come Nov.
And the Senate won’t be able to block these people with your 60 Senate Super Majority.
The last step of this plan is on us, the American people. We want to send a message to all RINOS who work non stop behind the scenes to undermine your MAGA agenda and that is we sacrifice McConnell in the Nov election.
It’s too late to put up another MAGA candidate to primary McConnell so it is time to jettison the man who would never allow you a recessed Senate and let’s be honest you and the American people don’t need his shenanigans for 4 more years.
It is time, We the People stand tall, help ensure you don’t have any road blocks in your second term. We want to help clear the decks so you can finally DRAIN THE SWAMP and put anyone who violated the law via these multiple coup attempts in jail for a long time.
I hope you will consider this plan as IMO it is pure Trump Genius!
Thank you for all you have endured and done for this country.

For oil, food, we would never put all our eggs in one basket in China. We must make pharmaceuticals in America again. It's a matter common sense and national security. pic.twitter.com/kjWIU0Tno7

Nazis are SOCIALISTS. Socialists are leftist. One of the great evil accomplishments of the left has been to label Nazis as right wing. “There is no difference between Communism and Socialism except in the means of achieving the ultimate end. Communism proposes to enslave by force, Socialism by vote. It is merely the difference between murder and suicide.” Ayn Rand

Citizen817 says: February 25, 2020 at 1:50 am It's weird how all the people who testified against Trump in the House impeachment hearings are getting "book deals" (payoffs). And it's really weird how they all have the same book agent: Javelin. t.co/MCwToeRV2O— Emerald Robinson ✝️ (@emeraldrobinson) February 24, 2020 CountryDoc says: February 25, 2020 at 2:10 am RICO Investigation. How much profit do all these book deals make after paying off the “writers”? Who is funding the company that is paying off “writers”. Who is buying the books? When the “book stores” (Barnes and Noble, BAM, Amazon) both hardcopy and digital, don’t sell books, where do the books go? Who funds the losses of the “book stores” when the books by the “writers” don’t sell? Redzone says: February 25, 2020 at 7:20 am The answer to all your questions is that we, the tax payers, pay. The politicians find a way to give our money to a “good cause”, which is really “left pocket.” Then, the person wearing those pants reaches in “right pocket” and funds this crap.
It’s just like the Obama / Netflix deal. Obama gave Pearson Publishing $350 million to create Commoncore text and Pearson gave Obama a $65 million dollar book deal in return.
So, Pearson Publishing was paid for Commoncore but Penguin Random House Publishing did the Obama book deal. Pearson owned Penguin Random House.

oldersoul says: February 28, 2020 at 11:04 am Today’s Take:
Today’s log on the market panic fire is from the UN wing of the globalist gang. A hysterical WHO report threatening gloom and doom (we’re all going to imminently die from coronavirus at any moment). So the hysteria continues. And it’s a Friday, so they will be pumping even harder for more losses. Paper losses.
The reality is a far different story. More people worldwide died from cancer today before lunch than all that will die from this overhyped virus. Other than an intentionally tightened Chinese supply chain, the world is humming along. The US continues to roar.
Remember, this is all intentional, to sicken the market, not us. Political weaponization and economic maneuvers are afoot. Extreme propaganda. It is not without high risk to the perpetrators. That suggests the level of desperation involved. At some level, they are burning their very own boats to create the smoke.
It should not concern Main Street all that much. Most of us work, live, prosper, retire and die on Main Street. Our business and market demand will still be there when they are done with this latest tantrum. And so will PDJT.
If you watch any propaganda box today, it will be all coronavirus doom and pending catastrophe. Their hair will be on fire. The screens will all be red. The makeup crews and directors want it that way. Just turn it OFF. Walk your dog or read a nice book today. Consider today a sort of economic Passover. It will be sunny this weekend.
California Joe says: February 28, 2020 at 11:22 am 80,000 Americans died from the Flu virus last winter. That’s just in the United States.

A2 says: February 29, 2020 at 6:04 am 👇👇 Trump urges Afghans to seize opportunity for peace President Donald Trump has called on Afghans to embrace prospects for peace, as the US prepares to sign an agreement with the Taliban on Saturday. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo is due to attend the signing in Qatar. The agreement will see thousands of US troops withdraw from Afghanistan in return for security guarantees. It follows a week-long partial truce with the Taliban. The accord raises hopes for a wider peace process after 18 years of war. “Soon, at my direction, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo will witness the signing of an agreement with representatives of the Taliban,” President Trump announced in a statement on Friday. www.bbc.com/news/world-asia-51684190Johnny Dollar says: February 29, 2020 at 9:48 am This, IMO, is a much more significant development than the “virus.” And yet, it’s being largely overlooked.
