Hi Everyone, We have a bit of a hic-cup here at Knobley. They are closing the local paper mill in June, putting my husband and over 600+ employees out of work. With hundreds of others dependent on the mill for their livelihood (truck drivers, loggers etc.) Small town. We are good, but truth is I am over-stocked right now & need to get the number down. I would like to move these 2 bulls ASAP so I can get down to one group in the pasture. Knobley Alroy is a VERY RARE Traditional Red bull. 6 mos of age. Shorty (chondro) out of Judith (our red Macklynn daughter). Beautiful bull, very gentle. Dual purpose/ great dairy qualities in line. Dam has outstanding udder. www.legacydextercattleregistry.com/a_info.php?sec=1&aid=3254Knobley Hansel is a very fine TH bull, 1 yr old & ready to breed. He is a black shorty (chondro) Carries Traditional RED. Half-brother to Knobley Macklynn. Great temperament/easy to work with. Dual purpose/ dam is heavy producer. www.legacydextercattleregistry.com/a_info.php?sec=1&aid=3178Both bulls are fully tested. Registered Legacy & PDCA Please contact me if you are interested. Very reasonable prices. As part of the Traditional Red Preservation Effort, we really want to see these bulls go into traditional herds. Could be a great option for someone new to the breed as we have a good friend with some very nice non-chondro TH heifers available (make a great starter-herd). We would also consider a trade for the black - a nice steer ready this fall. -Karrie

If you need some traditional heifers or cows to go along with one of these bulls. . . . . . . . . . a HUGE reduction in a preservation herd will be underway in a couple weeks. Prices you will not match anywhere!
More information coming.
