The Wilcom Herd is trying to cut down numbers before winter. Selling any choice $1.50 pound. If you prefer individual pricing, cows/heifers $1100. This is a line bred herd with the original herd sire O'Malley of LBI. O'Malley carries red from RFF Fireweed. Herd has red and black and dun and all are horned. All animals will be DNA genotyped and parentage confirmed. Owner does not have internet - email me with questions and contact info. Delivery possible in tri-state area. These cows have nice udders and milking traits. More photos available by email. The following photo was taken in spring when fields were muddy. More pictures taken the same day by world's renowned worst photographer! s854.photobucket.com/user/JamsHundred/slideshow/Wilcom%20Herd

It would appear than many (most?) of these animals are not registered, and a potential purchaser needs to be aware that after the DNA work it would mean a lot of paperwork catch-up to get them registered in one of the Associations.

People who deal with me in ANY way. . . never worry about being cheated in ANY way. And I do not deal with or recommend others who I cannot say the same thing about. The registered ADCA animals that were the foundation of this herd are; Jams Clodagh, ( a wonderful animal off a Peerless mother with stamina and longevity). Windswept Acre Ashley. A beautiful beefy dun cow from Mr. Harrington's herd in PA. He had ONE acre of land thus the name and raised beautiful Dexters. Ashley is another good example of quality and longevity. Calves every year. Jams Julie Bird. Not born on my farm but also a Peerless descendent. Tilly of LBI. Partnered with O'Malley brought the red into the herd. All foundation animals are DNA genotyped, all offspring sold with papers will be registerable anywhere! I know this herd personally. The prices are ridiculous. I've scolded. The owner needs to decrease numbers and it IS his business what he sells and for how much. A person can always choose to buy unregistred animals in this breed but if they want papers from this herd. . .they will be up to MY standard. The pedigree of the foundation animals and some of the registered offspring can be found in Legacy Registry with more to come. LegacyDexterCattleRegistry.com ( A registry of unparalleled integrity in America). Judy
