Important detail on FDA approval of Pfizer.
Per Dr Malone, the FDA yesterday issued 2 letters.
One letter renewed the EUA for the currently used Pfizer product.
The other letter gave FDA approval for a DIFFERENT product from BioNtech which is basically the same thing as the Pfizer but will be made available under a different name.
THIS PRODUCT IS CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE.
So, with the media’s assistance the FDA pulled a bait and switch leading the public to believe that the currently available Pfizer product is FDA approved and now subject to liability.
In fact, if you go to get the Pfizer vax today believing it is FDA approved, the vaxx you will receive is the Pfizer which is still under EUA and for which Pfizer is protected from any liability.
Worse, companies and organizations will mandate vaccines saying that there is an FDA approved vaccine available, but as of today the FDA approved vaxx is not even being manufactured yet.
