The original breed standard and changes

Hi

Does anyone have a copy of Col 1 of the DCS Herdbook where they are able to tell me what were the requirements for the first standard for the Dexter breed? [As they were written].

Cant find an available copy or reproduction of the DCS Herdbook until Volume 3.
Also in 1992 what was the breed description, as written? And is it assumed or known which type the height standard was applied too?
