Hans I see there is an article in The April issue of Countryside about Highlands as providers of meat! Another breeder told me a yearling but small red polled bull was sent to the sale barn last week and brought $1900. WHO can afford to eat grocery store meat soon? Heck! Who can afford to eat their own meat? I do not think the pricing in the stores has caught up to the market place.
