This is a handsome young bull. The photo was taken 1n 1915 and it shows he was born May 1914. Very nice looking fellow. I bet he was something at maturity.

From his horns, I would place him at about a year old. Notice how his topline rises toward the front, while his depth of body makes his underbody go the other direction. His front body is very thick.
A lot of the modern bulls are actually shorter in front than at the back. It is pleasing to see a bull like this.
