If you can handle winter 7 months of the year with 250" of snow, maybe we could get together and have our own modest Dexter preserve   The view can't be beat, you'll sleep better than you could ever imagine with the sound of the waves crashing on the shore, especially after a day in the fresh air hanging out with the cows, and they formerly milked 200 cows on the property so maybe it's still all set up and ready to go!  I'll throw in a few red or carries red Traditional Horned Dexters to sweeten the deal!

What is really neat about this property is that if we were to add 3 more members to the group we'd have a total of 80 and it would only cost us $500,000 apiece.
