It is with great regret that the ADCA Board of Directors accepted the resignation of Chad Williams affective January 1, 2016. In accordance with the By Laws of the ADCA, the Board of Directors will name an interim Director until such time as the scheduled election takes place.
This interim Director will fulfill the duties of the remainder of Chad’s term (12/31/2017). Those duties include but are not limited to: be available to the Region members to answer questions and/or concerns in an unbiased manner, have reliable internet service, be available for the Board of Directors monthly teleconference call, attend all AGMs at their expense no matter where it is located (2016 & 2017 are in Salina, Kansas), serve on ADCA committee(s), arrange/host an annual Region 9 meeting for members, etc..
Qualifications for a Director are: A member in good standing of the ADCA for a minimum of three years, own Dexter cattle, not a member and/or officer of an ADCA recognized competing association.
