Last night, Dunder showed up after dark. He's here to breed Eve. He will be her first Legacy bull, so any calf from her and Dunder will be Legacy.
They hit it off right away.

Looks like True Love.
Glad it worked out so well, and you were able to get them all settled in before the storm gets here.
We'll have a Legacy calf before the year's out.

Is Dunder a Red or brown/dun? (colorblind) does he have a registration number to look up his pedigree? '
Nice photo, Gene, almost looks like a dance!

L00083LH-06HH He is a dark dun color. bulls tend to be darker than females. The resulting calf will be black and carry dun and may carry red. If I remember Eva's other calves carried red. Since she seams to like red I would say it is a good bet she will do it again.

Dunder belongs to Judy. He is the son of Rocky Hill's O'Hickory, once owned by Amy Hayner, then Gale & Robert Seddon, then Judy.
He is dun. www.legacydextercattleregistry.com/a_info.php?sec=1&aid=83
A new Dexter normally takes 3 days to settle in, but by tonight, Dunder has become a member of my herd. I managed to pet him a little, but he didn't like it. He'll get over that, for I love to pet them.
I like this picture of Eve & Dunder.

some thing weird happened with the last picture you posted. the way it was cropped or something when you click on it. They are all stretched out of shape big butts and little heads.

Good luck Gene! Looks like you're going to have a good looking calf soon.
