All but the last two pages were compiled, one at a time, on worksheets. The last two were copies of other compilations. The worksheets are available, and they breakdown the number of red cattle registered in each category which do not show on this master sheet. These sheets are available upon request. There are 47 pages so it is a large file. These stats bear no rational explanation. It is foolhardy and lack of foresight from a leadership incapable of leading. Judy

I don't see the problem.
There are twice as many black horned dexters registered per year in recent years, than were registered per year back in the early 1990s.
Yes, red polled dexters have become VERY popular, but that popularity has bled over to black and horned dexters and more than doubled the popularity of the horned black dexters. Would you want to go back to the very low numbers of black and horned Dexters registered per year, in the early 1990's, before the polled gene became available?

I can make the comparison that there are probably more fake Gucci bags sold than original. It is not difficult to market replicates of the real thing.
